 Coach House Cottage is tucked away in a quiet courtyard setting in the picturesque village of Buckden. In the centre of the Dales National Park, it is surrounded by a stunning backdrop of hills. The walking in this area is superb.....from strenuous hill walking to gentle strolls along the River Wharfe.

Hawes, with the Upper Dales Folk Museum, illustrating the old way of life, and many local crafts is approximately 12 miles away.

The historic market town of Skipton, known as the gateway to the Dales, is 18 miles away.

 

 

Long before it was designated as a National Park, visitors, artists and writers sought out the Yorkshire Dales for its unspoilt, breathtaking and dramatic scenery.
